♥ DT Sparkles Christmas Challenge - CH #109 Ornaments ♥

Hi everybody,
I wish you a happy Saturday and I'm really glad to see you here again on my blog.♥

Today we start a new Challenge at

Sparkles Christmas Challenge

For this challenge we choose the theme
Ornaments

For my card I decide to use the Ornament die from Create a Smile and the cute yeti from Hello Sweetums.

I create a background with Distress Oxide Tumbled Glass and let it dry. Then I cut out a white frame with the My Favorite Things Stitched Rectangle Scallop Frames Die-namics and glue the frame with the background on my white card base. For the ornament I create a little snow scene with the Lawn Fawn Forest Border die and a  second hill with the Sandy Beach Accents. I add some embossing paste on the hills and let them dry. In the meantime I die cut 4 of the ornament and glue them together to create a bit more dimension. Then I glue the forest border hill and the snow hill behind the ornament and then all on the middle of my card. I color the cute yeti from Hello Sweetuns with my Copics and Spectrum Noir Tri Blend Makers, fussy cut it out and glue it with thin Foam Tape on the ornament. For the sentiment i use stamps from Clearly Besotted and finally I glue some white sequins on my card.
