Christmas in July

When I saw the topic from the new challenge I knew I would love it to create a snow globe card with Mermaids.♥ I use stamps from the Mermaid for You and Christmas Fishes stamp sets for my card. 

 For the background I inked a piece of Bristol cardstock with Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina, Salty Ocean and Faded Jeans. I cut it out with a die from the Scalloped Rectangle Stackables Set and add some tiny white Coliro Pearlcolor splashes on the background.

 For the snow globe I use the Lawn Fawn Snow globe dies, the Magic Iris Snow Globe Add on. For the lower part of the snow globe I use Craft cardstock and some glitter cardstock for the details. I color all images with my Copic and Ohuhu Markers. I fussy cut them out with my scissors and glue them on the snow globe. Then I glue the snow globe with some liquid glue on the background and then all on my white card base. I stamp the sentiment on a banner and glue it with Foam Pads on the top of the card. For the last step I glue some sequins on the card.

♥ Lawn Fawn - The Christmas Cheese Schneekugelkarte für Dezember Tauschring ♥

 Hallo Ihr Lieben,

ich wünsche Euch einen schönen Sonntag und freue mich sehr, dass Ihr heute wieder hier auf meinem Blog vorbei schaut.♥

Heute zeige ich Euch eine Karte die ich für die liebe Tina in einem internationalen Kartentausch gewerkelt habe. In den Vorgaben waren unter anderem farbenfrohe Tier Karten angegeben. Da es ja Dezember war, habe ich mich dann für eine Christmas Cheese Schneekugelkarte entschieden.

Für den Hintergrund habe ich ein Stück Bristol Cardstock mit Distress Oxide Cracked Pistaccio und mit Salvaged Patina eingefärbt und weiße Coliro Pearlcolor Kleckse aufgetragen und trocknen lassen. Anschließend habe ich den Hintergrund mit einer rechteckigen Stanze ausgestanzt und am unteren Rand noch  einen Schneehügel mit Snow Paper aufgeklebt und alles auf meine weiße Grundkarte geklebt. 

Für die Schneekugel habe ich genau den gleichen farbigen Hintergrund gewählt und mit der Magic Iris Snow Globe Add on ausgestanzt.

Die Motive habe ich mit Copics und Ohuhu Markern coloriert, mit der Schere ausgeschnitten und mit Foam Pads aufgeklebt, genauso wie die gesamte Schneekugel. Dann habe ich noch den Text gestempelt und ebenfalls mit Foam Pads aufgeklebt. Zum Schluss habe ich noch ein paar Schneeflocken aufgeklebt.

Die Karte ist gut bei der Empfängerin angekommen und gefällt Ihr sehr gut.♥

In den letzten Tagen habe ich keine Zeit zum werkeln gehabt, da ich einige Tage flach im Bett gelegen habe.*schnief*

Heute ist Tag 10 meiner

24 Days of Christmas with Mama Elephant Challenge

Für meine heutige Karte habe ich Stempel aus dem Snow Globe Bitties Stempel Set und Stanzen aus dem Slim Film City Die Set verwendet. Für die Slimeline Karte habe ich ein Stück Bristol Cardstock mit Distress Oxide Faded Jeans, Peacock Feathers und Salvaged Patina eingefärbt und darauf werße Coliro Pearlcolor Kleckse aufgetragen und trocknen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich ein Stück Perfect Colouring Paper mit der gewellten Stanze aus dem Stanzen Set ausgestanzt und meine Grundkarte, die etwas schmaler ist, dahinter geklebt.

Die Schneekugeln habe ich mit Copics und Ohuhu Markern coloriert, mit der Schere ausgeschnitten und mit Foam Pads auf den Hintergund geklebt. Zum Schluss habe ich wie immer noch ein paar Glitzersteine aufgeklebt.

Today I show you my second card for the current 

Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 177 Christmas in July

 

 

For this card I create a Snow Globe Christmas card with the cute Beach Christmas stamps. 

I start my card with creating the background and cut out a stitched rectangle. I use Distress Oxide Peacock Feathers, Mermaid Lagoon and Prize Ribbon. Then I glue a Glitter Snow paper at the bottom from my card panel. For the Snow Globe I do exactly the same for the background and cut it out with the Magic Iris Snow Globe Add on.

I color all images with my Copics and fussy cut them out with my scissors. To glue the images on the Snow Globe I use some liquid glue and some Foam tape. I stamp the sentiment on a piece of Perfect Colouring Paper, cut it out with a Lawn Fawn banner die and glue it with Foam Tape on the top of my background. For the last step I glue all on my white cardbase.

♥ Lawn Fawnatics - Challenge 165 - Lots of Heart ♥

Today I show you a new card for the current

Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 165 - Lots of Heart

For my card I made a Valentine Snow globe card with the cute Porcu-Pine stamps from the last release.♥

I start my card as always with creating the background. I inked a piece of Bristol cardstock with Distress Oxide Spun Sugar and Picked Raspberry. If I'm happy with the result I add some rose Coliro pearlcolor splashes on the background and let it dry. I also inked another piece of Bristol Cardstock with Distress Oxide Mowed Lawn and add some light green Coliro pearlcolor splashes on the grass hill. I also use a heart stencil and lay it over the inked backgrounds and use Distress Oxide Picked Raspberry and Mowed Lawn for inking the backgrounds.

 For my snow globe I use the Lawn Fawn Snow globe dies. For the lower part of the snow globe I use Craft cardstock and some glitter cardstock for the details. I color the images with my Copic Marker, fussy cut them out with my scissors and glue them on the snow globe. I glue the snow globe with Foam Tape on the background and then all on my white card base. I stamp the sentiment with my Misti Tool directly on the background. For the last step I glue some glitter hearts on the card.

♥ Lawn Fawn - Merry Christmas Snow Globe ♥

 Hallo Ihr Lieben,

 ich wünsche Euch einen schönen Samstag und freue mich sehr, dass Ihr heute wieder hier auf meinem Blog vorbei schaut.♥

Im Dezember fragte mich mein Mann nach Weihnachtskarten die ich entbehren könnte, denn eine Kollegin wollte welche kaufen. Nachdem ich ihm einige mitgegeben hatte, fiel mir auf, dass ich nicht genug für mich selbst hatte, um sie an Freunde und Familie zu verschicken. So habe ich mich entschieden im neuen Jahr mir selbst eine Challenge zu stellen. Ich werde jeden Monat zwei Weihnachtskarten werkeln und diese am 06. und am 24. des Monats hier auf meinem Blog und meinen anderen Social Media Seiten zeigen.♥

Und so zeige ich Euch heute meine erste Weihnachtskarte, natürlich mit meinen Lieblingsstempeln und Stanzen von Lawn Fawn. Bei der lieben Megan aus dem Lawn Fawn Design Team habe ich einige Snow Globe Karten gesehen und war total begeistert. So habe ich mich entschieden meine erste Snow Globe Karte zu werkeln.

Für die Karte habe ich einen Hintergrund mit Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina eingefärbt und mit einer rechteckigen Stanze von Lawn Fawn ausgestanzt.  Für die Schneekugel habe ich die passenden Stanzen verwendet.

Die Stempel sind aus den Holiday Helpers und Christmas Dream Stempel Sets. Mir gefällt meine erste große Schneekugel richtig gut und das wird defintiv nicht die letzte sein.♥ Somit habe ich meine erste Weihnachtskarte für 2024 schon mal gewerkelt.♥
