♥ Craftin Desert Divas Creative Designer Challenge - Shake it Up with Shaker Cards: Our Best Ideas for Your Sequin Stash ♥

Hi everybody,
I wish you a happy Thursday and I'm really glad to see you here again on my blog.

Today it's time for another
Craftin Desert Divas Creative Designer Challenge.
For this challenge we have this theme for you:
Shake it Up with Shaker Cards: Our Best ideas for Your Sequin Stash

I really love to make Shaker Cards or Tags, because it's so funny and really a special design.
For my card today I used a striped Distress background. and the cute Tribal Deer Digital Stamp.
At first I create the Distress background. I glue some thin diagonal Washi Tapes stripes on my card and inked the paper with Distress Oxides in rainbow colors.
After my background is dry I remove the thin Washi Tape and my striped background is ready. Then I use an Embossing Folder from my stash to emboss the background and cut it out with the largest Die from the Fancy Frame Dies. After that I cut out a circle in the middle with one die from the Inside Scalloped Circles. I glue the circle on my white card base. I filled my shaker with some Fall Harvest Sequins. Behind my background I glue a piece of acetate and glue it with some Foam Tape on my card.
My tip is : Before you fill up your shaker element with sequins , use the Powder Tool Applicator. Then you can be sure that no sequins sticks on your acetate.
Now it's time to print and color the Tribal Deer Digital Stamp with my Copics. I cut it out with my scissors and glue it with Tonic Craft Tacky Glue on my card. For the sentiment from the Harvest Wishes Stamp Set I use a banner from the Flag Banner Dies. On the front of my card I glue also some Fall Harvest Sequins to finish my card.
I'll hope you like my new Shaker Card and enjoyed this posting. You'll find many more inspirations on the Craftin Desert Divas Blog and on the Facebook Gallery.
So that's it fro today. Many thanks for stopping by and I'll hope to see you soon here on my blog.

♥ Sweet Stampers Challenge - Halbzeitkarte Summer Challenge ♥

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

Was mir eigentlich auch ganz gut gefällt, oder was meint Ihr?

♥ Enjoy every Moment with Tribal Fox and Canoe Scene Digital Stamps for Craftin Desert Divas ♥

Hi everybody,
I wish you a happy Friday and I'm really glad to see you here again on my blog.

Today I show you another card with the new Craftin Desert Divas Digital Stamps from the August Release. This Release is really amazing and there are so many different Digis, perfect for cute Scene cards.

For this card I create a little scene with the Outdoor Tribal Digital Stamps and the Tribal Fox Digital Stamp.
I created my scene on my PC. Did you know that you didn't need a special program for this. You can use your Word program for any Digital Stamps.
I've printed my scene on a piece of Copic paper and color all images with Copic Markers.
After my coloring is done I cut it out with the largest Die from the Crazy Stitched Frame Dies and glue it with Tonic Craft Tacky Glue on my white card base. Then I cut out two little clouds with the Puffy Cloud Die and use Distress Oxide Salty Ocean for ink the clouds.  I stamp the sentiment from the Sunny Smiles Stamp Set of a banner from the Flag Banner Dies and glue it on my card.
I'll hope you like my little scene card like I do. Many thanks for stopping by and I'll hope to see you soon here on my blog.

♥ Craftin Desert Divas - Designer Challenge Obsessed with Distress Oxides

Hi everybody,
I wish you a happy Thursday and I'm really glad to see you here again on my blog.

Today it's time for another
Craftin Desert Divas Creative Designer Challenge

For this week we have the theme
Obsessed with Distress Oxides: Learn How to Use the Inks Everyone is Using

For my project I wanted to use many Distress Oxides and so I decide to make some Birthday Tags with all new Tribal Animals from the August Release, which you can find here.

I started first with inking some Bristol Smooth Strathmore Paper with different Distress Oxides and let them dry. For my tags I use the Distress Oxides Inks Twisted Citron, Peeled Paint, Tumbled Glass, Mermaid Lagoon, Picked Raspberry, Fossilized Amber, Carved Pumpkin and Abandoned Coral.
After the inked paper is dry I use the Sorted Shapes 1 Stencil to create the zigzag line on the background in the same colors. Then I cut out the papers with the Tag It Dies and create the grass border with Distress Oxide Peeled Paint and one Die from the Outdoor Landscape 2 Dies. For more interesting look I also add some water splashes on it and glue it on the tags.
My Tip: If you create a background with the Distress Oxides let them dry well, before you inked with the same color (Like I do on my tags). Some water splashes make the inked color very attractive and gave them a new look
Now it's time to print the images on some Copic Paper. For coloring the images I use my Copic Markers and cut the images out with my scissors. I glue them with some Foam Tape on my tags. For the sentiments I use the Sweetest Birthday, Simply Said and Timber Stamp Sets. For the final touch I add some Lollipop Sequins, some Pastel Paradise and some Carnie Sequins on the Birthday Tags.

So that's it, I'll hope you enjoyed my posting today. For more inspirations take a look  at the Craftin Deserts Divas Design Blog.
Many thanks for stopping by and I'll hope to see you soon here on my blog.

Hallo Ihr Lieben,
